This job spec outlines what you do – but how you do it is just as important. companies and photographers).
  • Ensuring deadlines are adhered to, escalating risk to department heads when needed.
  • Working with the ops manager to ensure projects are always planned around resource availability and skills are matched to work requirements.
  • QC’ing all final work together with the team prior to print/deployment, ensuring all assets are as they should be across all channels, all the time.
  • Having commercial awareness and learning to manage the balance between sometimes competing client wishes and what’s best for the success of the brand/and or campaign
  • Learning to confidently liaise with and manage a multitude of external and internal relationships, including trading teams, ATL agencies and suppliers.
  • Managing website display ads using Google Ad Manager, as well as uploading commercial content to the CMS
  • Becoming a pioneer for continual process improvements and lead others to follow suit.

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills, possessing the innate ability to prioritise and
multitask, and take the complex and break it down into simple actionable steps.
  • Have a passion for food & lifestyle.
  • A willingness to learn and quick to pick up new skills.
  • Want to work on cross-channel content from in-print mag advertorials and special projects, digital display, video and social.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excited at the prospect of working on shoots.
  • Super proactive and committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail.
  • An excellent communicator and not phased by a client-facing role.
  • Basic/good analytical and numerical skills, with a desire to learn and grow in this area
  • Super proactive and committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and act appropriately, with the support and guidance your line manager
  • Relevant work experience in project management, or in the creative, marketing or media industries, is a plus
  • Basic skills in Excel, Trello or any project management tools would be an advantage, but not a must
